Hey, I’m TheDanzar. I created DZR Development after a couple years away from FiveM. What makes my resources different from everything else out there is simple: I actually ran a large RP server for almost five years and dealt with every headache imaginable. I’ve built, broken, led, and rebuilt communities. I’ve survived meltdown DMs, midnight bug hunts, and the classic “your server sucks” message from someone who played for twelve minutes.

I’ve also got nearly 20 years of combined experience across multiple coding languages, graphic design, and client project management. All of that shapes how I build and support every resource here.

DZR Development focuses on clean, modern, and reliable FiveM resources built to install fast, run smooth, and stay out of your way. No bloat. No filler. No overpromises. Just focused tools that do exactly what they’re supposed to.

It’s not a big studio, and that’s a good thing. There’s no disconnect between the person writing the code and the person supporting it. If something can be improved, I improve it. If something breaks, it gets fixed.
